Shortcuts

Deckz is driven from the keyboard. Every one of these can be changed in settings; the defaults are chosen to stay out of the way of macOS and of the application you are in.

Workspaces

Option and a key, where the key is the workspace's name. Zero through nine, then A to Z.

⌥ 1
Go to workspace 1
⌥⇧ 1
Send the focused window there
⌥⇧ G
Send it to G, making that workspace if nothing answers the key
⌥ 0
Go to the default workspace, where unclaimed windows live

Inside a workspace

Control-Option, because Option and Option-Shift are already spoken for and Control alone belongs to Mission Control.

⌃⌥ ← →
Move the focused window to the block beside it
⌃⌥ ↑ ↓
Move it to the block above or below
⌃⌥⇧ ↑
One row fewer
⌃⌥⇧ ↓
One row more
⌥⇧ ⇥
Carry the whole workspace to the next display

Deckz itself

Command-Option, which leaves Command-number to the application you are in.

⌘⌥ C
Arrange what is on screen as a cascade
⌘⌥ E
Draw the blocks of the workspace you are in
⌘⌥ Z
Apply the blocks you drew
⌘⌥ R
Bring back anything stranded off-screen
